Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and proof of purchase if requested.
To start a return, contact us at info@pauleyk.com and follow the directions below based on the reason for return.
Damages and Wrong Item: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email info@pauleyk.com and put "Damage" or "Wrong Item" respectively, in the subject line Explain the issue along with your order number and a return email. We will respond back to you the following business day. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email info@pauleyk.com and put "Exchange" in the subject line. Explain the issue along with your order number and a return email. We will respond back to you via email on the next business day. We will ask that you return the item you have with instructions on how and where to return. Once the return is accepted we will refund the item and you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Other Reasons for Returns: If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damaged item upon receipt, we sent you the wrong item or you would like to exchange an item for another, please email us at info@pauleyk.com. Put "Return" in the subject line of the email, along with a reason you wish to make a return with your order number and a return email. We will respond to your request the following business day. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the package, we will refund the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
